Of course, we use all these products on ordinary days, but if we talk about losing weight, then I simply increase their consumption, replacing them with ordinary dishes. At the same time, I refuse sweets, baking, fried and fatty dishes and try to load myself physically (I try to walk more, not use the elevator, do exercises, ski).
I have never sat on diets and am skeptical. I think that you can lose weight on any diet only at the expense of health.
