In the photo I am before pregnancy. I weigh 57 kg, I have never sat on diets and have not tortured myself to strength training. In the photo below I am 7 weeks after natural childbirth, breastfeeding. During the entire pregnancy gained 10 kg. I associate this result to a greater extent with the principles of nutrition, which I want to share with you!
I have not eaten meat in any way for three years. I feel much easier, there have been periodic problems with digestion. No heaviness after eating.
Meat is replaced by vegetable protein and I eat lentils, beans, chickpeas, nuts.
And yes, anticipating the most popular question, the pregnancy was also meaningless! The child was born 4 kg 25 grams 🙂 And blood counts throughout the entire period were ideal.
I had to practically eliminate artificial sugar from the diet, not even because of weight, but because of the fungus Candida, which is familiar to many girls. Slender forms are like a bonus.
I really love baking, and if I can still refuse chocolates — chocolates — cookies, I can’t resist a muffin or muffin 🙂 So I have a rule of two desserts a week.
I do not eat sweets in packs from supermarkets, in which, along with sugar, there is also a lot of convertibles. But I can buy a maximum of two desserts during the week (muffin, puff, bun, donut, cake slice) in a good bakery.
In addition to the obvious sweets sugar is now found in almost everything. Therefore, the juice in the boxes and cereal in the glaze for breakfast, I also try to avoid.
I try to drink a lot of water. And I notice that I feel much better when I drink at least two liters of water a day and do not wait until I feel a keen thirst.
And in the morning before breakfast I drink a large mug of boiled water with the juice of half a lemon and a tablespoon of honey. This well-known tool starts the work of the intestines, and if it works properly, there will be no problems with either weight or skin.
Bedtime – only fruit
Of course, like every pregnant woman, and after a nursing mother, there are bouts of gluttony. Of course in the evenings. In such cases, I eat an apple. Or a pear. Or plum. In general, what to eat from the fruit, then eat. And it saved my body during pregnancy 🙂
I eat pizza, pasta, pancakes, and potatoes. But if we had a rich dinner today, then tomorrow I will cook a light salad and cut a melon.
I plan the menu for 3-4 days, I buy food in advance so that I do not have to eat high-calorie food for several days in a row.
And, of course, no soda, food from McDuck and other hot places 🙂
