My fitness in the heat, sport and active lifestyle

For some reason, in summer, I completely lose the desire to do a workout. Actually in the heat – this business is not very useful. There is a danger of overloading your heart. I shake the press and twist the wheel – that’s all I need right now. But still, the summer hot weather is a fertile time for losing weight, as the appetite disappears and there are more opportunities for movement. I try to use them to the fullest.

When we go to the village, I go out without reaching the place, and I overcome the rest of the way with a run.
I recently collected zucchini and noted with satisfaction that I was not only stocking up vegetables, but I was doing exercises at the moment: the slopes are useful for the muscles of the abdomen and legs, and the arms are also being trained. My husband offered to put zucchini in a cart and take one at a time, but I ran with each one with thoughts all about the same thing – about losing weight.

Cleaning with rhythmic music is a great substitute for aerobics. Paul my hands, without a brush. What is not training? I pull out the cans from the high shelf, stretch with all my might, this is also good for the muscles.

The stairs with the baby in her arms – I think, a good training for the muscles of the buttocks and legs. And if you need to reach the neighbors, you must walk, not by elevator.

What I like about summer is that you can ride a bicycle: a breeze, movement and a feeling of freedom. Just go ride is not always possible, but at every opportunity I try to drive on my two-wheeled friend.

If we get out to the river, of course, I’ll not only be lying there, sunbathing. Be sure to swim, even if the water is not too warm. And surely – a few minutes of intense swimming and my favorite exercise, about which I speak: To do a waist. On the shore we play ball and badminton. If we go to the lakes for a week-long rest – we arrange for morning runs along the forest roads with our sister and daughter – beauty!

I didn’t try to go for a walk before, for some reason I didn’t have enough time for this, or simply didn’t need it. But I tried to walk from work to work (if I had time to get together early). I began to walk during pregnancy.

Now I have a small child, which means walking twice a day. I noticed that when we do not go for a walk because of bad weather or illnesses, it is immediately noticeable on my figure – I am getting better … So, walks are also training. And even though the son has already grown up and you can just sit on the bench while he plays, I try not to do that. I think the time for the shops for me has not come yet 🙂
