Minus 3 kg in 7 days, how to become slim

My story is very common: after the second birth, I saw 67 kg with a height of 160 cm on the scales. I got married and weighed only 49. Many will say the weight is not critical, but the problem is that my fat accumulates in the most problematic areas – these are the sides and stomach. Tired of wrapping up in loose clothes, shy, and the younger child, I stopped to breastfeed.


How to motivate yourself?

After a long period of zazhora, it was difficult for me to tune in to any restrictions, so I dug a lot of photographs in which my figure had not yet swum into the hated fat. Long looking at myself slim earlier and the silhouette in the mirror now put everything in its place. The first and very important step to the dream was made, it remains to be understood in what ways to bring them to life.

Among the huge number of various diets as the starter, I chose the egg diet. The choice was made by a very simple method, I found a site with a description of all kinds of diets and chose the most benign on the menu.

The main provisions of the diet

It is not difficult to guess from the name that the main product on the menu is chicken eggs. Reception of authorized products is divided into three parts. I was glad that all three meals were very satisfying!

All seven days for breakfast on the menu, I devoured 2 eggs with grapefruit and drank a glass of black coffee without sugar.

Lunch dinner is different and does not repeat.

All products are prepared without adding oil and without fat.

How I passed this week course

I was motivated by the many positive reviews found on various sites. It helped the realization that just need something to hold on for 7 days. Especially the fact that I was almost always full. In between the main meals, to fill the stomach, I drank: green tea, all sorts of fruit teas, water. Rich diet! Not only eggs, but vegetables, lean meats and even fruit salad.

A huge number of eggs, many can turn sideways. Therefore, based on personal experience, I advise anyone who wants to quickly throw off a few extra pounds, eat only protein.

Results of the week

My seven-day marathon ended very well. Of course, the scales did not have a minus 5 kg, as they wrote in the description of the diet, but as many as 3 kg were in the minus. At the same time, I had a wild desire to lose weight further, because I hadn’t had a tinge on the scales for a long time!

It was from this positive result that my thorny path of studying materials devoted to weight loss began.
