Milk diet, how to become slim

Recently, I conducted an experiment – I decided to try on my own a diet that my girlfriend advised. She somewhere got a brochure about different diets and gave it to me to read. For me, the milk diet was a revelation. I used to think that such a diet is only milk consumption throughout the day, but as it turned out, various combinations are present in the milk diet.

Today I want to share my impressions of such a diet.

Determine the duration

I got acquainted with the information – a dairy diet can last one day, and three, and even a whole week.

Having considered the options for 1 and 3 days, I realized that I could not stand it. The fact is that during all this time I need to drink only fresh milk and not to use any other products.

But the weekly diet on milk interested me. And I decided that if you try, then you need to choose exactly this mode.

Based on the re-read literature, I created my own menu. I divided the diet into 2 stages.

The first 4 days I ate 0.5 liters of milk, 200 g of hard cheese, sometimes cheese, and one natural yoghurt daily.

In addition, I drank at least 1.5 liters of ordinary water – not carbonated, but boiled.

But in the next 3 days I diluted my diet with non-dairy products. I included boiled fish and meat – 150 g per day. Added fruit – daily for 1 orange or 1 grapefruit. From dairy products left 1 yogurt, 1 l milk, 200 g of cottage cheese.

Moreover, I tried to make cottage cheese myself or buy it on the market, because I recently saw a TV show about health, where it was said that such cottage cheese was more useful than the low-fat version.

I divided all food into 6 receptions. I drank milk separately from other products. I liked the menu very much. I did not starve and got a pretty good result.


Results and conclusions

When I got on the scales after a week-long milk diet, I could not believe my eyes. I had a plummet – 4 kg! I did not expect such a result, honestly. I really liked the diet. All the products I picked up so as not to feel hunger throughout the day.

I liked the fact that my muscles remained in good shape, thanks to the protein contained in milk. I was also pleased with the fact that there are vitamins in dairy products, which means that my body is saturated with calcium.

Of the minuses, I want to note only that it is difficult for me without fiber, my body is weak. And I had some problems with digestion – the milk was difficult to digest for the first few days. Therefore, I decided that I would not abuse this diet.
