But … alas, not everyone has enough patience for it. Most often we start something, at first we do it with enthusiasm, and then the fuse passes … Therefore, many resort to short-term diets that help to lose a few pounds.
And since the New Year is widely celebrated in our country (this is clear already because the majority of the population cannot enter the working rhythm during the crescent after the holiday), it’s the desire of many to look the best on the night of December 31 to January 1.
If for this purpose you need a diet, then this topic is open for good reason. One version of the weight loss for the New Year is presented in a collection with illustrations, and I will give an alternative to it here.
Diet for 15 days – minus 8 kg
Main menu of all days:
Breakfast – a portion of Hercules porridge.
Dinner – a plate of vegetable soup.
Afternoon tea – A portion of salad, dressed with olive oil.
