For the same reason, dairy products were excluded from the diet (I still left low-fat cottage cheese). The bread in the family of the brother is baked by his wife, without the use of yeast, on the basis of some kind of leaven. The taste is no different from the purchase.
Of the meat products is pork, beef. I, as a person intensively engaged in strength training, consume large quantities of steamed chicken. As it turned out, in modern chickens they also download something terrible, that they grow very quickly. Conclusion – you can only eat fish. )))) It’s better not to talk about sausages and similar products at all.
Next, on the topic of desserts. In all the ice cream, chocolate, candy, cakes add palm oil, which is not absorbed by the human body and causes him harm.
How can you eat and does not harm your body
I agree, many will think that this is extreme – all products see only the bad. But this is a fact. ))) Maybe many will say that all the same people live, eat everything that is sold, and happy. But is it? Many are overweight and all sorts of diseases. Few people who are young and sporty at the age of 45-50.
You can live in modern society and eat right. For example, in the family of my brother, as I already wrote, they bake bread themselves. Cottage cheese and cheese are also made on the basis of cream, which are bought on the market. Meat is rarely eaten, mostly fish. All desserts were replaced by honey and dried fruit.
You can eat cereals, vegetables, fruits. Reduce salt intake (replace it with sea salt), remove sugar from the diet. Earlier in the topics I wrote about my friend, who generally lives in the raw food system – he is still insanely happy and healthy as a bull.
You choose what you eat. I think it’s just a habit to eat junk food. Do not give in to advertising, marketing moves – choose healthy food.
