Of course, he saw me in all its glory, but before my eyes there is a frightening picture – we walk together on the seashore, waves, sand, tall and fit he, and next to me …

Despite my extensive experience in diets, I never did finish the job. Yes, I wear a size that is not critical in size 44-46, but I always wanted to be a slim doe, taut and light, in a summer short sundress of 40-42 sizes, without loose sections and with sharp knees.

Analyzing the past years, I understand that I constantly go on diets, then break down, balancing here and there within 10 kg. This affected the quality of the figure – cellulite, a lot of stretch marks, sometimes loose skin.

With a height of 160 cm, my minimum weight was 59 kg, and the maximum (scary to write) – 75 kg. I understand that weight is not the main indicator and, as it seems to me, even at 75 I was not a hippopotamus, although a girlfriend with the same figures on the scales looked better. Therefore, I understand that the main thing is not weight (although it is also important), but volumes and appearance.

And today, more than ever, I am determined to finish the job, change my life once and for all! Moreover, the knowledge base in my topic of diets and food is pretty decent. It is a pity that mainly in theory, but I believe that anyone, despite hundreds of attempts, can change 101 times.

So I will try to finish this business 101 times and find a dream figure!

Before, I never shared my thoughts and results with anyone, always embarrassed. But now decided to change it and report on their victories and defeats here. I like to read other weight loss stories, so I hope this step will help me.

My plan for the first week

1. Consult with a doctor to find out the composition of the body.

2. Make a training plan taking into account their features (I have small back problems, not all sports and exercises are suitable).

3. Buy ingredients for self-massage.

4. Do not eat after 19.00.

5. Exclude flour.


Yes, this time I decided not to chop off my shoulder and not to go on a rigid diet, but to try to gradually switch to proper nutrition, so that after gaining the desired forms, to adhere to a new lifestyle.

Forward to the figure of a dream!

I have about 5 months to leave. I think to tighten the figure and lose about 7 kg is quite a real goal.

Oh yes, at the moment my weight is 61 kg. I do not put a clear mark on the scales, which I want to achieve. I will be guided by the volume and appearance (approximately I want 54 kg, but I will look at what it looks like). The main focus is on quality, not quantity.

And I will start right now, on Wednesday, without waiting for Monday! What is our first plan? I went to an appointment with a doctor, and at the same time I would buy kefir and fiber for the evening so that I would not want anything harmful after 19.00.

With all my heart, I wish everyone who is now engaged in themselves patience and will – and so that the cherished tsiferki are more likely to be reflected in the weights or centimeter tape!
