How to tighten the skin after losing weight, how to become slim

Expelled fullness left me their marks in the form of a terrible hanging folds on the abdomen, loose skin and excess skin on the inner surface of the thighs.

I will note at once that with the method of nutrition that I described in my article How I lost 18 kg weight, cellulite somehow went away by itself. And if with fullness, it was terrible, then after losing weight, I really only needed to tighten the skin hanging in folds, and not to fight cellulite.

We tighten the stomach

I started going to the gym even during the process of intense weight loss, assuming in advance that later I would have problems with sagging skin, which was never elastic.

I did sports at home. Under the favorite series, I did exercises on the mat for 80 minutes a day.

Gradually, I was able to squeeze the press up to 600 times, pumping the lower, upper and lateral abdominal muscles.

It is necessary to do exercises on the upper press, even if it seems that the fold on the tummy depends only on the lower one. Our skin and muscular system are arranged in such a way that the upper muscles will pull the lower muscles behind – the tummy will pick up.

It took me about 4-5 months to tighten my belly. This was not accompanied by the appearance of cubes, and even the stripes were barely visible, but the crease was gone, the stomach became flatter.

The sides were formed, they acquired clear contours, and again the muscles stretched the skin of the abdomen.


How to beat the folds on the inner thighs?

With the hips, the issue was much more complicated. How much I dealt with them! No matter how many exercises did (they can be viewed on the Internet). She even performed several approaches a day.

The shape of the thigh acquired a beautiful, loomed muscles on the lateral surface, behind – the skin is smooth, even, taut. And the skin of the inner surface of the folds is collected and sags anyway.

The case helped. I signed up for anti-cellulite massage. At the very first session, she indicated her problem to the masseur and asked her to actively work with the inner thighs.

He very zealously took up work, the body was all bruised, had to bite his lips and endure.

The master immediately ordered me to drink 2 liters of water a day and advised me to visit the sauna, infra-red pants or a cedar barrel often.

About a month through the day I went for a massage and sweated. And it helped.

Interestingly, during the whole process, the result was not as obvious as a month later. Some time after the massage, the bruises came off, the skin leveled, stretched. I’m still wondering what happened to its surplus?

I saved the phone of the massage therapist and am glad that I had a chance to bring it to him.

And today I am pumping the inner thighs on the leg-magic exercise machine, hard, but there is a result.

And who said that being beautiful is easy?
