How to stop worrying and start bringing your body back to normal, how to become slim

The hardest thing in dropping those extra pounds is getting started! One can read smart (and not verya) motivating articles on the Internet, but the practical benefits of this are zero. Therefore, at one point, I said to myself: Everything. Today or never!

No diets – I will go in for sports

Diets I swept away immediately. I had some kind of backstage knowledge about healthy lifestyle, so I knew for sure (this is a scientifically proven fact): diets have more harm than good. To bring your body closer to the ideal, you need to recognize a single fact: nothing will work out without the right thing, that is, a balanced diet and strength training.

The next question, which required an almost immediate solution, was crucial: would I work out at home or did I need a gym? I did not consider the option of group programs in principle, because for me it is monotonous and boring. It is much nicer to bring a player with you to the gym, attach it to your clothes so that the wire from the headphones does not interfere with the movements – and go ahead with a song 🙂

As the willpower is clearly not enough for me, as well as – let’s be frank – for most people in the world, I chose a gym. Only there will be available a trainer who can give me a portion of strategically correct, motivating and inspiring pendels. Beauty, as they say, requires sacrifice.

The penultimate step to the beginning of a new life was the choice of the hall. The crucial moment for me is its convenient location. For no reason in life, I will not go long and regularly (that is, as it should be) to go to workouts if it takes a long and painful journey / walk. So the choice was limited to a couple of places. Without thinking, I chose the one with the most adequate prices.

What I paid attention

It makes no sense to engage in unsystematic. I need a training program, and this was helped by a wonderful coach, to whom I am very grateful. He listened to me carefully (and, yes, even with goals it was not easy to decide whether it was health or losing weight) and set me on the right path.

And yet: no exercise will have the effect if you eat the wrong way. Holy believing in this truth, I ruthlessly threw everything out of my fridge that could prevent my ambitious goals – smoked meats, junk food, juices from bags, rolls, sweets, cookies. Throwing sugar completely hand has not yet risen, but I’m working on it.
