Eh, where are you, my flat and taut tummy? How are you so lost in the folds of fat?
Well, nothing, there are ways to eliminate this very fat. Are you with me? 🙂
To combat the fat on my stomach, I have a real arsenal of tools: proper nutrition, wraps, massage, a circle and a few exercises. That’s what I wanted to tell you today.
These exercises are very simple, but the results are encouraging after a month of daily exercises. So, let’s start the fight for a flat tummy.
No. 1 – standard on the press
Remember how in school on physical education, we rocked the press? Honestly, then I could not bear to pass the standard for the press. And now I understand the necessity and benefit of this exercise, so I shake my press regularly.
So, nothing new – we lie down on the floor, we catch the legs behind the sofa and lift the torso, while not helping ourselves with our hands – they should be linked on the back of the head. If with straight legs it is difficult to rise, then we bend the legs at the knees.
№2 – lifting the legs in the air
What a blessing that there is a horizontal bar at home 🙂 And lifting your legs is probably one of the easiest exercises. And I do it not only in the morning, but 3-4 times a day, when I pass by the horizontal bar.
There are 2 types of this exercise. First – holding the crossbar, lift the legs bent at the knees at an angle of 90 degrees. Moreover, we raise as high as possible, trying to press the knees to the chest.
The second option is to raise straight legs. Which of these exercises is more effective, I do not know, because I do both options.

No. 3 – bicycle
This exercise also needs no introduction. But no matter how easy it seemed, at first it was very difficult for me to pedal for more than a minute, because the press was just starting to burn.
By the way, the bike is very convenient because you can do it not only on the floor, but also, for example, when you lie on the sofa and watch TV. The main thing is to remove the pillow from under the head;)
№4 – scissors
Scissors are also familiar to us from childhood. To perform it, we lay down on our back, stretch our arms along the body, palms down. And now we lift our legs up and cross our legs, without bending them at the knees. We do until we get tired.
But there is a second variant of this exercise – vertical scissors. Still lying on his back, hiding his hands under the waist. Raise your legs 90 degrees relative to the floor. And now we begin to lower them one by one to the floor. This movement of the legs really resembles the work of scissors 🙂
Fat – away!
These are simple, but effective exercises for the press, I started to do. Of course, to get rid of the stomach as soon as possible, you need to not be lazy and, if possible, add something else: a circle, a jump rope, running or walking, swimming. And, of course, to pay attention to nutrition, because if we eat more calories than we spend, then no exercise will help.
