It turns out that it is impossible to drive away all the fat in the lumbar region for physiological reasons. Since it is he who carefully protects the kidneys from injuries, temperature drops and sprains of which they are suspended in the abdominal cavity.
For me, the sides have always been a problem place. And after the birth of the child, this problem has only worsened. The lifebuoy on my waist brought me into depression and developed complexes.
It was necessary to do something. But what? The pool, gym and fitness center fell away immediately. It was difficult for me to attend classes several times a week with a small child in my arms. Nothing else remained, I had to develop an action plan within the walls of my own apartment.
First of all, I corrected my diet. Completely abandoned white bread, confectionery, fatty and spicy dishes. Not allowed to eat after six in the evening. Fruits and vegetables became the basis of my diet.
Having studied the literature, I selected for myself such a set of physical exercises that acted directly on my problem areas and were clear to me. Exercises performed daily, gradually increasing the load.
To my exercises, I added a hoop-hoop and jump rope, on which I jumped, walking with the baby in the park. If jumping rope didn’t give me any discomfort, then the hula-hoop covered my sides with huge bruises. The bruises hurt for a long time and did not leave my body.
I always performed exercises with my favorite music. It helped me to escape from the pain in the muscles that accompanied me throughout the first week.
I was able to achieve a good result after 3 weeks of daily classes. Boca significantly decreased, the figure began to take its former shape.
