Let’s start with sweet. I’m not a sweet tooth, but still, sometimes the body requires something sweet. I drink tea and coffee for a long time without sugar, sometimes I replace it with honey (in moderation and not every day).
Cupcakes, cookies and all the pastries have also disappeared from my diet long ago. I found an excellent substitute for sweet snacks, instead of cookies – these are sweet crisps with fructose. They are moderately sweet (as part of no sugar, only fructose) and very tasty. Instead of sweets, I eat dates.
As you can see, sweet foods can be easily replaced. I do not argue, sometimes you want a chocolate or cake. When such a desire comes – feel free to eat what you want, only in moderation. ))))) Then you will avoid more serious breakdowns.
I also restricted salt intake and began to drink plenty of water. Earlier in the morning there was swelling on the face. During menstruation, fluid was retained in the body. Sometimes, after a hard day, legs swelled up. Now these problems are not. I can calmly drink a glass of water at night, and look great in the morning. I add very little salt to all dishes.
When stewing meat, I add soy sauce. When dressing salads, I put quite a bit of salt and grated frozen lemon, which gives an excellent acidity to the dish. The only problem is that it became hard for me to eat in places of public catering, all the dishes are salty for me ….
As in all cases, stick to a diet.
I believe that proper nutrition should become a habit, and not be a temporary phenomenon. We can get used to everything, would be a mood. Yes, proper nutrition is not always tasty, but if you make it a habit, you will forget the harmful foods. For example, now for me salads seasoned with mayonnaise are not tasty at all, although I used to love them very much.
You can eat properly in public places. In all normal places you can choose healthy food from the menu. For example, it can be grilled vegetables with boiled chicken or fish, fresh vegetable salad, seasoned with olive oil. The choice is huge, there would be a desire. )))
