Less than a year after the wedding, as my husband noticeably gained weight. He had a stomach, and his trousers were not fastened at all, and I began to think about how to make him lose weight.
All my stories that my friend’s husband is almost 10 years older than my faithful, but thanks to his athletic form, it seems much younger than his years, were wasted and did not lead to anything good.

Third, I decided to revise our diet. Thoughts about putting my husband on merciless diets and translating immediately into fruits and vegetables, I immediately threw it away. He will not understand this. That and look, there will be a benevolent who feed at home.
As you know, the path to the heart of a man lies through the stomach. I decided to cook tasty, but not calorie. I usually spoiled my husband with a borschik with lard, and with sour cream 30% fat, now I cook borscht in a weak broth, say, with meatballs, and sour cream to borscht is not greasy.
Well, holy – not eat at night. I replaced all these night snacks with a glass of kefir. Husband rebelled at first, but eventually got used to it.
After about 4 months, my husband began to buy things a size smaller and all the people around us began to notice that he lost weight and began to look much more cheerful. Today (after about 6 months) it weighs 85 kg with height of 186 cm, and earlier 112 kg.
In general, the beloved spouse himself didn’t notice how he became involved in the sport, began to eat properly and eventually brought his body into beautiful shape. It is also important that the man had a good incentive to lose weight. If he sees that you are near him like a squirrel in a wheel constantly spinning, he will not look after himself.
