Recently I bought shorts for my summer. I measured almost half of the store, but I didn’t like something all the time. Then I realized that I didn’t like my belly and the sausages on the sides, but I relaxed during the winter: (Oh, nothing, there are 9 days left until summer, and during this time you can try to reduce the volumes at least a little.
I have a way how to achieve the desired goal and not retreat. I write down my wishes in the diary. Surely this even has some special term, such as visualization. I’ve been doing this all my life, so I’ll not say for sure. Therefore, to solve the problem of the abdomen, I made up the following plan for myself.
I believe that in order to get rid of the abdomen, first of all, you need to download the press. I have favorite exercises from callanetics. More effective than them, I have not found anything for myself. I described the exercises in one of my Topics Fitness after childbirth, so whoever is interested, you are welcome 🙂 There are a lot of repetitions – one exercise accounts for about 100 times, but it takes about 15 minutes.
These 9 days I will have to follow my diet and calorie that I eat. Once I was counting on the acceptable caloric content of the dishes that I should use to lose weight, and I got the figure of 1300 kcal. Armed with a calculator and start counting.
I think that massage of the abdomen 2 times a day will not hurt me. To do this, take a special brush or a loofah mitten and massage the abdomen in a clockwise direction. Then you can pinch the skin with your fingers to a state of slight redness. I also read that it is possible to carry out a massage with a shower – having sent a strong jet to the stomach, one should try.
Using special creams
Today, there are so many creams that are specifically designed to tidy the skin on the abdomen and thighs. I used such after the first pregnancy and after the second, and, as it seems to me, the result was.
Basically, that’s all I’m going to do. Today I took my measurements off, and the data turned out like this: waist size – 73 cm (oh, it was always my weak point), belly volume – 84 cm, hips volume – 93 cm. I do not hope for an instant result, but at least a little tighten belly, I just have to!
