I have always wanted to play sports in order to have a slim fit figure. But, like many women, I had no time for that. And I decided to plan my schedule so that sports activities could fit in there.
I began to wake up 20 minutes earlier so that I had time for a run. After all, I was not going to organize cross-country or marathon races. 15 minutes of running was enough for me.
At first it was very difficult for me to force myself to wake up, much less leave the house somewhere. But after a few weeks I got involved. Now I run 3 times a week, if the weather permits.
I started going out a few stops earlier to walk. Time is spent on it a little, and the benefits are noticeable immediately.
Walking after a hard day’s work in the evening city is both relaxation and sports, and a pleasant distraction from work problems.
Fitness at lunchtime
I noticed that many women have time for lunch during working hours, and at lunchtime they go to the nearest fitness center. I also decided to use the lunch break for my own purposes for playing sports. Now I go to the fitness center located on the first floor of our building twice a week.
My lunch break lasts 1 hour. The program of classes lasts 40 minutes, then I have time to take a shower and clean up. But at work, I feel an extraordinary surge of strength and vigor!
Sports at home
For homework I bought a health CD and downloaded a program for home workout. Now during the evening watching TV I do on the health disc.
Also in the evenings I twist the hoop while watching my favorite shows.
In any business, planning is the most important thing. If I have planned a trip on a business trip or a trip to the dentist, then I will definitely fulfill my plan.
That’s exactly the same with sports. I have a clear timetable, from which I have no right to deviate. Now I know for sure that if you seriously take on yourself, time can be found for anything. I, almost without changing anything, made a sport in my schedule.
Now I know that people who talk about the lack of time for the sport, just lazily otmazyvayutsya!
