How to drink water to lose weight, how to become slim

For many years I have heard about the need to drink water. But somehow seriously interested in this issue and understand why you should drink water, your hands did not reach. Until the weight became rooted to the spot.


Massage and water

My weight stopped at around 67kg and didn’t want to go down. And soon on the long-awaited sea! I had to call on the assistance of my master in manual massage. He came and the first thing he said: Drink 2 liters of water per day, and regularly visit the bath after the massage. Naturally, I asked why it is necessary to drink water in such quantities? And finally got a sensible answer.

Water participates in chemical processes, removes the decomposition products of fats from the body, which we disturb during the massage. And only here I came to a simple truth, why tea, coffee, lemonade and juice can not replace water! After all, the formula of drinks is not H2O.

Never in my life did I seem to myself so blond.

Understanding

When it came to understanding why I should consume pure water, it became much easier to drink it. When I realized that it was not thirst, but metabolic processes, the nutrition of the body and its youth, the water itself began to ask me in a glass.

Water schedule

Now I am on a diet and in parallel drink the water according to the rules.

1. This is a glass of water in the morning, immediately after sleep. I drink it no matter when it is breakfast.

2. I eat a little, but I still try to drink a glass of water 20 minutes before a meal. This rule is very easy to follow. I come to the kitchen to warm up dinner or lunch. First of all I drink water, and then business. As the food warms up, the family will gather at the table, the water is absorbed.


3. Drink water between meals. This is also easy. I carry a bottle of clean water with me in the car and drink it throughout the day. Of course, I do not measure it with glasses, I drink how much I drink. But in the end I see by quantity in the bottle, how much has gone.

4. I do not admit that I have thirst. I read that thirst is a signal of the body that it is dehydrated. And this is not good. Once the body is dehydrated, metabolic processes are disturbed, the breakdown of fats and the elimination of decay products is suspended, and this does not contribute to weight loss. In addition, the skin losing weight loses its elasticity, sags, becomes dryish and it needs a large consumption of water. For example, I absolutely do not want to lose weight due to the beauty of the skin.

5. And one more rule. Metabolic processes occur in the body non-stop throughout the day, and, consequently, the water should be drunk evenly all day. You can not drink 2 liters of water in the morning, and then do not drink anything until the evening.

6. I drink a lot of water before the bath and after the bath to restore the water balance.

My weight started down. I see volumes melting. And I am absolutely sure that a considerable share of merit in this is water.
