How I tried the American diet, how to become slim

There are a large number of different diets, each of which boasts a large number of dropped kilograms, by introducing an even greater number of prohibitions. For diets, I am pretty skeptical.
By diet, I mean the ability of the body to lose a few extra pounds by transferring the body to a healthy diet. All kinds of impairments or diets on the same water will help you lose weight, but can also cause new diagnoses and problems.

My impressions



Previously, one of the favorite ways to lose weight was oatmeal on the water instead of breakfast. But since the swimming season began and I want to be even more beautiful, I decided to try the American diet. I made this decision 11 days ago, so I can already draw initial conclusions. And the conclusions I was pretty upset: I lost only 2 kg and 300 grams. I thought that the weight would be dropped more, but alas … Although I like that the diet is gentle and it was necessary to monitor only the quality and quantity of products.

Daily diet


– 400 grams of vegetables
– 300 grams of fruit
– 250 grams of dairy products (non-fat and unsweetened)
– 100 grams of lean meat (for example, beef)
– 50 grams of bread (preferably black)

The most difficult was to count the products, while cooking for the whole family. Two days after the start of the diet, I started cooking separately for myself and separately for my family. Fruits baked and ate raw, stewed and boiled vegetables, cooked beef meat (made soup or stewed vegetables), dairy products – home-made yogurt on live bacteria, only black bread ate.

Meals are small portions, but very balanced, so I have enough. You need to drink plenty of fluids and try not to eat after 18 hours.

It remains to hold out for another 3 days to evaluate the final results of the American diet. I hope the result will be more pleased.
