Once I told you, dear students, that led me to a healthy lifestyle. And today I want to tell you about my first morning runs. As I wrote, they were not easy for me.
I never ran. I did not understand those who get up before dawn and go running towards the sun. I did not understand people who buy shoes specifically for jogging.
Once, after another diet that failed, I walked through the park and ate ice cream. Stuck your stress. And then I saw a middle-aged woman of medium gravity. She ran. She was wearing a sports uniform that fitted her imperfect body. I then realized that she runs to lose weight.
I decided to try running. No, I, of course, did not run after her. But I decided that the next day I would start with a run.
Down and Out trouble started
My first attempts were unsuccessful. For some reason I was shy to run, and just walked at a brisk pace. After several such walks, I firmly decided to run.
In the morning I got up very early. I was embarrassed to run, so I decided that I had to start doing it while everyone was still sleeping.
I left the house at 4:45 in the morning. I was a little surprised – there were already people near the entrance. This came the owners of the dogs to walk their pets.
I walked around the house, there we have a small landing, and behind it is a pavement. Here I went to this track and ran. The first steps were easy, but I was in a positive mood! But running 30 meters, I felt a heaviness in the whole body. It became difficult to breathe, my legs were filled with lead, my back was pulled.

I stopped and went. Catching my breath, I ran again. And so I repeated several times. After going out for a run, I gave myself the installation that I would run one way for 15 minutes, and then I would run back. However, due to the fact that I was taking a break, I decided to increase the time to 20 minutes.
I set for myself an alarm clock on the phone so as not to guess how long I am on the way. You will not believe it, but as soon as my reminder rang, I sighed happily and turned back.
I liked to run. I decided that I would run 3 times a week in the morning.

On the way back, I understood why we need special running shoes for running. In them, for sure, more convenient than in my pleasure!
And on the same day, at lunchtime, I went to a sports shop and picked up comfortable shoes for myself, using the advice of a consultant.
Since that day I am a runner. Running already without a break. The schedule remained the same – 15 minutes one way and the same back.
The mood after jogging is excellent – positive and kind! And the figure visibly tightened!
