How I started to lead a healthy lifestyle, how to become slim

Hello everybody. I want to tell you my story, how I came to a healthy lifestyle and what it changed in me.

Two years ago I was 27 years old, I just broke up with another boyfriend, the mood was lousy. Honestly, I never suffered from overweight and always kept my figure, tried to do some kind of sport. But it was far from a healthy lifestyle. Moreover, I used to smoke and often had gatherings with friends for various alcoholic beverages.

I understood that it was necessary to change my life, but everything was waiting for the right moment, and everything seemed to suit me. Here is my photo from that time. At that time, I weighed about 60 kg.


What happened next or why you need friends

Previously, my diet consisted of sausages, sausages, mayonnaise, bread, and the like wrong meal. I thought that I lead a normal life and I eat completely right. With the next trip to the store, my good friend went to the store, who has been involved in sports for a long time and watches his food. When he saw the sausage in my basket, he simply said:

– Tonya, imagine that every gram of this sausage will be deposited on your stomach, on your hips.

This was my last time I bought sausage.

Thus began the total cleaning of my diet. I am very grateful to a friend and always at a meeting I remind him of this sausage story. Now I have completely excluded bread, sugar, sausages, flour products from my diet. In this case, I do not sit on a diet, I just eat like this every day. I drink a lot of water. Eat often, but in small portions.

My life now

Now, 2 years later, I work out in the gym 2 times a week, I run large distances once a week, I eat right. If interested, I will write in the next article in detail what is included in my diet. Now I weigh 57 kg.

As you know, the difference in weight is not large, but completely fatty tissue has gone, muscles have appeared. The most important thing is that the way of life, the vision of the world has completely changed, today I am a happy person.

I changed my job, changed my apartment, began to travel frequently, and intensively studied foreign language. Oddly enough, all the changes began with the fact that I just changed my diet. The main thing to start to act, and then if this is your all by itself spinning.

We must start small, start with food, take care of yourself, look with whom you communicate, avoid negative people, stop feeling sorry for yourself. And sport! Adhere to the regime, set yourself new goals, achieve new results. You must be proud of yourself. Not a single day should pass in vain.
