How can you lose weight, how to become slim

For a long time I tried to lose weight, sat on different diets, used teas and decoctions for weight loss. The effect came, but I wanted to lose weight more and more. Then one day I stumbled on the Internet on such a method of losing weight as the use of a large amount of activated carbon per day. And, of course, almost immediately decided to try this method.

Slimming with activated carbon

So, I will tell you in more detail. Slimming with activated carbon does not require virtually no financial costs from a person, good, coal is sold in every pharmacy and at very low prices.

This weight loss involves several steps. First comes the period of entry into the diet. It lasts about five to six days. Then there is a phase of active cleansing lasting about four to eight days. And then comes the recovery period. It lasts two or three days.

Entry into the diet

This stage is quite simple and is transferred quite easily. It is necessary in the first two days to take two tablets of activated carbon in the morning, strictly on an empty stomach. At the same time you need to drink at least two liters of water per day. There are no restrictions on food. Then gradually it is necessary to increase the amount of coal consumed by the scheme: one tablet per ten kilograms of weight.

Active Purification Phase

This stage was quite difficult for me. Problems with the stomach and intestines began, there were disorders of the chair. On the day I took five tablets of activated carbon. After taking the appetite began to disappear. But I still did not stop. True, I had to start taking multivitamins. I survived all eight days.

Recovery period

During this period it is necessary to gradually reduce the number of tablets of activated carbon taken per day. On the first day I took four pills, then two, and on the third day only one.

For all the time losing weight with the help of activated carbon, I was able to lose weight by about seven kilograms. The result, of course, is not bad, but I think that it is most likely due to the almost complete loss of appetite.

I tried this method of losing weight only once. Yes, probably, the body was able to get rid of toxins and from the stagnation of excess fluid, but along with this, there were problems with the gastrointestinal tract. So the more I have never repeated this way of losing weight.
