On the contrary, the overall lightness was felt, as if I was flying. In addition, doctors have long advised me to eat apples in connection with the violation of the liver.
So, after twenty days of adhering to the apple diet, I lost thirteen kilograms. Happiness knew no bounds! My favorite was in a light stupor when he came to pick me up after three weeks of separation.
However, it is worth noting that on this diet you will not last long! Apple diet is effective only in those cases when you need to lose weight in the shortest possible time. Then you need to enter and other products containing vitamins and minerals necessary for the human body, which are not in apples.
Now I also have a mixed apple diet. For example, I eat one apple in the morning, I have dinner with the first and second courses in the afternoon, and in the evening I can eat as many green apples as I want. I managed to save weight, and this is the most important thing!
