From the age of ten, I began to realize that I was bigger than my peers. At first it was not very noticeable, but every year I found it harder and more offensive. Mom, being a complete woman (she gave birth to five children), said that I have a good figure. But having come to the examination to an endocrinologist a year ago and having heard a terrible figure – 67 kilograms, with an increase in 165, I realized that something had to be done. Especially in front of me waiting for the prom.
But how to become slim? At first I reduced the portion sizes. The weight started to go away. After added daily workouts – at least half an hour for all muscle groups. Further more. Every day I increased the time, quantity and quality of exercise and reduced the amount of food. From January to March did not eat flour and sweet. Not a crumb anything like that.
In general, since then I am a fan of sports, every day I start with a cheerful charge. And, of course, I follow the diet: less unhealthy food, more fruits and vegetables. And also water.
That’s how I lost weight. Now I weigh 53, I plan to lose weight yet. And, the body volumes are pleasing: if earlier – 93-68-96, now – 85-61-90. Here is my story of losing weight. Every day I hear compliments to my address. Therefore, I do everything not to return to the past state.
