Folk remedies for weight loss, how to become slim

In order to bring my weight back to normal, I have never resorted to using pills. Indeed, to achieve the desired effect, there is a mass of all kinds of folk remedies. Immediately I will clarify that I did not set global goals, but I could say goodbye to a couple of kilograms in such ways.

Slimming baths

Having decided to get rid of a couple of extra pounds in this way, you need to understand that this is not a one-time procedure. The course of the baths should consist of at least 7 sessions, and ideally, their number should be 10.

In addition, losing weight in this way is not recommended for people suffering from cardiovascular diseases. Also, do not perform this procedure during critical days or at elevated temperatures.

Baths need to alternate, that is, if on the first day you were making a herbal bath, then on the second you should prefer salty soda, on the third day, vitamin, and then again to go back to herbal.

You can make an herbal bath in this way: pour 3 tablespoons of dried chamomile, nettle, lavender and mint with boiling water, cover with a lid and let it stand. Then strain and add to bath. Water temperature should not exceed 37 degrees.

Salt-soda bath is very simple. For it you need to mix 200 gr. salt and soda, dissolve the mixture in hot water and add to the bath. It should be no more than 10 minutes. Then it is recommended to lie down and relax.

To prepare a vitamin bath, you need to add 1-1.5 liters of natural juice to the bath. If you do not suffer from allergies, it is best to give preference to citrus. For example, I like a bath with orange juice.

To achieve the desired result will have to carefully monitor your diet and the amount of fluid you drink. In no case do not use carbonated drinks, only water without gas, the daily volume of which must be at least 2 liters.

Lunch is best to start with a light salad. It will occupy most of the stomach and there will be no room for a basic, more high-calorie dish. Do not forget about seasonal fruits.

Be sure to combine a diet with rational physical activity. Spend more time in the fresh air.
