In addition to walking along the corridor, you can quietly start practicing lying on the bed. Bend and unbend the fingers and toes, pull out the feet and rotate them. You can also alternately strain different muscles: buttocks, legs, arms.

When the pain in the suture area subsides a bit, breathing exercises can begin. Lying on the bed, pull the belly in while inhaling, at this point, press your back and buttocks to the bed. Count to 4 and relax. If such a load is too painful, try simply to inflate the abdomen while inhaling and drawing in as you exhale.

Exercises in the first 6 weeks

It seems to me that in the first 6 weeks you will not have the opportunity to reflect on the topic of special physical exercises. At least I had it that way. The only thing I thought about was how to sleep more. And I remembered about the stomach a bit later.

Exercises after 6 weeks

When after the operation a lot of time passes, in principle, you can do any kind of physical activity, but of course you can look at your condition.

For example, lying on your back, lift your upper torso from the floor or do the well-known exercise bike.

The main thing is that during the sessions there should be no pain. It is also worth talking on this topic with your gynecologist.
