I’m still not happy with my achievements and results. There are many nuances and shortcomings in my plan. What to do with it, do not know yet. But I can’t say that there are no changes, and I’m quite successful.
But I want to start with errors. They are enough. I remember that I promised to fix everything in a couple of days. It turned out that everything is not as easy as it seems.
Error 1. I have a power system, but it is too perfect and correct. I can not stick to it. Somehow I forget about her and start eating chocolate.
Error 2. Attempt to abruptly abandon the sweet. It is beyond my power. And it is also impossible to shorten it – this is where all the torment comes from.
Error 3. Trash in the classroom. I do exercises in half the power. Although the body is eloquently trying to prove to me that I am very, very tired.
Error 4. I forget about charging in the morning. I spend five minutes for health in a nap. It’s time to start exercising – a great anti-prescription during winter.
Error 5. I forget about charging while working at the computer. I work hard for 3-4 hours. And then I wonder why my back and neck hurt.
Error 6. I carry a heavy bag on one shoulder. One of the causes of pain in the neck and back. I am trying to retrain myself, but for now it does not work.
Error 7. Late dinner – eat after eight. I go to bed at twelve. I can not find the perfect time for the last meal.
Error 8. Unsuspected sleep On weekdays I sleep for 6-7 hours, and on weekends at 10-11. I don’t know how to find the perfect time to sleep.
Error 9. Eternal tea drinking. It is difficult to refuse them. They invigorate and calm me.
I decided to look for optimal solutions to problems. It is not as easy as it sounds. But I decided not to make the main mistake – to take on too much. Therefore, I will begin with small steps and so I will reach the top.
First of all, I will try to control the meals. I will mentally ask myself: Do you want to eat ?, Are you hungry ?, Do you really want this chocolate or you can do without it ?. Mental dialogues will help me realize what the body really needs. Then the diet will not be needed 🙂
Secondly, exercise will do every day. 10 minutes will make me happier, more beautiful and healthier. But the workout is still 2 times a week. Not stress-optimal.
Thirdly, I will have dinner three hours before bedtime. And my meals will be systemic, not chaotic. So the body will adjust its work. And I will accordingly start to lose weight 🙂
Fourth, do not bathe. When you think too much about your goal, it becomes very distant. I want everything to be easier. And the dream will come true much faster!
