Eat to live, how to become slim

Once I realized that there was too much rubbish in my life: unnecessary clothes, extra friends, uninteresting activities and … food. She was too much too.
And I decided to gradually abandon all unnecessary and clean up my living space. The first rule was the strict selectivity of everything that falls into my head or in the body.

It was a philosophy that helped me forever turn from a plump girl with acne into a slim woman. I began to give up too much, leaving only the foundation. I did not stick to any diet – just changed my views on life. Goals – losing weight, as such, I did not have.

Day after day, I removed the extra acquaintances, extra information and extra foods from the diet. At first I stopped watching TV, then – just walk with my friends to drink coffee and chat, then – there are sweets. After a while, having a snack, a hamburger became something of fiction for me!

You, probably, noticed that among your friends there are always those who are constantly on diets and constantly – with extra pounds, and those who, it seems, do not follow any diet, but at the same time are in excellent shape. My philosophy has helped me forever rank second.

Everything was just for me like two and two! There is only healthy food, there is when you want, and not when it is boring and most importantly – is to live, and not vice versa.

For the basis of my weight loss, I took selectivity in eating. Before, I always had a supply of candy snacks, chips, and other nonsense in my home. I did not see a problem in the purchase of food in the vending machines, where all rubbish is sold. I filled myself up with it every day, and then suffered from starvation on diets. It was a vicious circle.

But as soon as I changed my attitude to food and life at a deep level, as if from past habits, there was not a trace left. Honestly, I do not remember when I last ate chips! How exactly do I eat now? First of all, eat only when very hungry.

The second rule – I drink a lot of water. Sometimes we take elementary thirst for hunger. And this is due to how much everything is twisted in the modern world on the topic of food.

The third rule – eat only healthy food: white meat, fish, vegetables, fruits.
And eat according to your mood! I easily follow the lead of myself and do not set myself any restrictions – I always eat what I want. If in the morning I want soup, it means that I will go to the cafe and eat exactly the soup there, and not yogurt, because it is customary to eat it for breakfast.

I try to do with three main meals and live without snacking. But for any rule there are exceptions. And sometimes snacks happen. And I approach them also not quite standard. As an example, I will give you a story with your grilled snack of chicken.

I just had lunch and my husband and I went to the sea. What was his surprise when I asked him to stop at the supermarket to buy something to eat and returned with a package of grilled chicken.

Perhaps my European husband was more surprised only in the morning when I began to eat soup for breakfast. They have such a catastrophic effect! But the main thing for me is not how I look in the eyes of others (and with yogurt for breakfast and fruit snacks, I would definitely look better in their eyes), but that I was comfortable with myself.

I noticed that it was from the chicken and it was from the soups that I sat down most quickly and never gained weight, which is not true, for example, of dried fruits, which seem to be considered a useful option for snacking. So, I learned to listen to your body and love yourself! And the body responded to me in return!
