I think every woman has a small list of products that, in her opinion, are successfully struggling with extra pounds. Someone believes in the magical power of kefir, someone – in the bitter chocolate, and someone – that having eaten a green apple after a bun with poppy seeds, all calories are burned. I have to say that, wishing to lose weight, I am also ready to believe in anything. Especially when it comes to my favorite grapefruit!
The secret of this fruit is hidden in flavonoids that accelerate fat burning. In addition, this citrus gives a feeling of satiety, which means a person consumes fewer calories. What do I risk? In general, nothing! Therefore, it was decided to test the theory on itself.
So, my experiment consists in the following: without changing the usual nutritional system, introduce grapefruits into the daily diet in order to get rid of those extra pounds. Although, honestly, I do not have any food systems … I can not eat after six … once a week. Oh, yes, I try not to eat bread, and sweets, although I love those and others, and especially together!
So, I am ready to start. Here are just tips on eating grapefruit mass.
Grapefruit before meals
It is believed that if you eat half of this citrus before each meal, then weight loss is guaranteed.
So, for a whole week I was only engaged in eating grapefruits before meals. Approximately 20 minutes before the main meal. The obvious plus is that grapefruit reduces appetite. Even a few slices are enough for the portion of dinner to be reduced exactly by half. The minus, however, is also there. I don’t know how to whom, but personally I need to try to shove a few slices of grapefruit early in the morning before breakfast.
Some notorious nutritionists claim that having eaten a grapefruit in the morning, you can easily make it to lunch without snacking. I think the experiment is not entirely successful, since I stretched only two days. First, the sour grapefruit left an unpleasant aftertaste in the mouth and in the stomach, and secondly, after two hours, personally my body requires a normal human cutlet.
Although for those who, on a diet, cannot fall asleep, a grapefruit will definitely help, as it still dulls the feeling of hunger.
For those who do not respect this fruit, freshly squeezed grapefruit juice will fit perfectly. But you can drink it only if you do not take contraceptives, antihistamines and other medicines. People with high acidity juice is also not recommended.
I decided not to drink grapefruit juice, because the list of drugs that can not be used with it is impressive. Suddenly I accept something, but forgot?
