I remember that once I was very jealous of my girlfriend, because she had a spinning disk, on which she could stand up and spin around. But I did not have such a thing, and I so wanted to have it ever given to me. Perhaps that is why, quite recently, I acquired a modern Gracia disc. It turns out that you can not only spin on it, but also make a waist!
There are people-pears (with wide hips), and I am a man-apple. I have never had a narrow waist, and after the birth of two children, I also acquired a tummy, which I do not get tired of fighting. So in this case, the waist, it turns out, is even more problematic than getting rid of the abdomen. I can’t think of anything smarter than tilting the sides with dumbbells in my hands.
But stumbling upon an article in a magazine praising the health disk, I went straight to a sports store and bought myself this magic plate.

Disk Gracia was a new interesting toy for children. So now, if I want to work out, I first need to shake off the children from him, and then run away somewhere far away so that no one of my daughters starts spinning before me.
