Dinner for weight loss 5 options for how to become slim

Whenever the holidays are approaching, I not only wait for them with a sinking heart, but also in advance try to switch to a diet of proper nutrition. Yes, dear readers, I am just one of those who want to get into your favorite dress and lose weight by the holidays 🙂

And the New Year is just around the corner, so today I want to share my recipes. Namely – I will talk about my dinners for weight loss. 1. Dinner with chicken.

This option makes me happy for its availability. I can buy a chicken almost anywhere. And if I try, I will find a turkey.

I usually eat white meat – chicken breasts. I pre-marina them in lemon juice for about half an hour. Then I put the breasts on the baking sheet. Under the breasts, I put zucchini rings, and on top – tomatoes. Here’s a sandwich I get. I bake it in wrapped foil for 30 minutes and 15 minutes, opening it in order to evaporate moisture.

I use salt in a minimum amount. I also noticed that tomatoes with their sourness make up for the lack of salt. Sometimes I season a dish with basil or black pepper.

2. Dinner with cottage cheese.

For a light dinner, I take low-fat cottage cheese. I dilute this dish with juicy fruit. I like cottage cheese with grated green apples, pears, apricots, plums, or mixed berries.

If the fruit is sour, then on top I water my dinner dessert 1 tsp. natural liquid honey. By the way, I also do not exclude sour cream. But I have it very low-calorie.

I love fish in all dishes. But for weight loss, I either boil the fish or bake it. Most often, I cook from sea fish – hake or sea bass.
If I decided to bake fish in the oven, then, like the chicken, I first marinate it in lemon juice. Then I spread it in a baking dish. For fish, I make a salad of fresh vegetables.

Sometimes, especially when I don’t have time, I cook fish in a double boiler. Just put the fish in a piece and cut the existing vegetables big. After 30 minutes, my dinner is ready.

4. Dinner from vegetables and fruits.

It so happens that I don’t really want to eat in the evening, and then I have dinner with a salad of fresh vegetables. And I can just, without any preparation, eat a carrot or a cucumber.

And for dessert, I have sweet and sour fruits or berries. If I do not want to eat vegetables, then my dinner can consist only of fruit. But I excluded bananas, figs, dates and grapes from the diet.


5. Dinner with kefir.

Sometimes my dinner is just kefir. He does not harm losing weight. On the contrary, together with bran, berries or fruits, it perfectly harmonizes and perfectly saturates.

I lose weight with pleasure! And no evening fasting!
