Diet

The diet is very simple and lasts only 2-3 days, longer it is impossible to observe it. It helps to lose three to five kg.

In the morning you need to eat one egg, which is always boiled softly. Drink while neither tea nor coffee can not.

Three hours later, you need to eat 150 g of cottage cheese. It is necessary to drink tea with tea, of course, without sugar. After another three hours, we again eat cottage cheese with tea. Everything! Nothing else can not eat.

Hunger need to drink mineral water.

in the afternoon you are starving.

Plus you can also assume that the diet lasts only a few days. It is easiest to stick with it in the summer, when it is sometimes enough to drink water to get rid of hunger.

Minuses

The main disadvantage of this diet is that dropped pounds can be easily returned. If you need a result for a long time, then you should not use it.

Also a minus is that I always want to eat. After all, it turns out that these days have to almost starve.

Should I use this diet? It seems to me possible, but only in emergency cases. For example, like me before my birthday for the sake of my favorite dress.
