But it takes time and you get used to such a system. The rules and general points are very easy. The basic idea is the alternation of proteins and carbohydrates.

Three stage system

The method is designed for 3 stages: the first stage – to lose weight, the second – to stabilize the weight and the last – to maintain your norm.

At the first stage, you need to consume a minimum of products and try to reduce portions. The main points are that you have to eat only proteins a day, that is, dairy products, chicken. And the next day, carbohydrates, vegetables and fruits.

Of course, to lose weight, it is recommended to exclude the use of potatoes in vegetable days, not to eat high-calorie fruits. As for milk, also eat milk, cheese, cottage cheese, kefir with a low percentage of fat.

As for drinks, on protein days, you can drink coffee or tea with milk, and on days when you need to eat carbohydrates, boil compote or broth from the hips.

Especially ideal is food in summer, when it is full of fruits and vegetables. You can vary your menu and eat fruits and low-calorie vegetables without restrictions and in any quantities.

When the weight stabilizes, you can start adding prohibited foods to your diet. But try not to eat fried and fatty foods. It is also better to abandon sauces, salt, seasonings, sugar and flour products.

Ideal weight counter

On the Internet there are many calculators for this system. You just need to enter your current weight and body weight, to which you want to lose weight. The counter will calculate how much time you need.

The most important thing is that food is safe for the body and you will not feel hungry. It took me a month and a half to lose weight, although the program indicated 3, but I kept the diet very strictly and followed all the rules.

At the same time, the weight really quickly goes away and you do not recruit it again if you slightly move away from the system. Especially to eat in such a rhythm is very convenient. You can not limit yourself in nutrition and in fact there is what you want.
