Diet on cereals, how to become slim

The diet on porridges is transferred very easily. My girlfriend is losing weight instantly from her, but this diet has practically no effect on me at all for some reason. For a week, I was able to lose only one kilogram. Agree that it is quite small.

The essence of the whole diet consists precisely in the use of different types of cereals, it is desirable to eat different every day. I cooked porridge as follows. I took one glass of cereal for three glasses of water. Then the grits and water should be brought to a boil and, stirring constantly, boil for about three to five minutes.

After that, cover the pan with porridge and leave overnight.

In the morning, you need to drink two glasses of warm boiled water before breakfast, and then you can eat porridge. Salt, sweeten and add butter to porridge should not be.

With this diet, you can drink low-fat kefir, green tea and coffee without milk and sugar.

Sample menu for the week

Monday. Millet porridge without salt, butter and sugar. In the morning – black coffee. In the afternoon – green tea. In the evening – skimmed kefir.

Tuesday. Wheat porridge without salt, butter and sugar. In the morning – black coffee. In the afternoon – green tea. In the evening – mineral water.

Wednesday. Oatmeal without salt, butter and sugar. In the morning – black coffee. In the afternoon – green tea. In the evening – skimmed kefir.

Thursday. Corn porridge without salt, butter and sugar. In the morning – black coffee. In the afternoon – green tea or mineral water. In the evening – skimmed kefir. On this day, you can also eat cucumbers and dill.

Friday. Barley porridge without salt, butter and sugar. In the morning – black coffee. In the afternoon – green tea. In the evening – skimmed kefir or milk.

Saturday. Corn porridge without salt, butter and sugar. In the morning – black coffee. In the afternoon – green tea. In the evening – skimmed kefir.

Sunday. Barley porridge without salt, butter and sugar. In the morning – black coffee. In the afternoon – green tea. In the evening – skimmed kefir. On Sunday, you can add a little bit of oil in your head. Also on this day you can eat pumpkin.

Diet tolerated is very simple. I honestly did not feel that I was sitting on it. The result, apparently, depends on some features of the body: someone instantly loses weight on such a diet, and someone loses only one or two kilograms.
