I really love winter. And not only because of her amazing beauty. First Birthday, then New Year, Christmas, Old New Year – so many holidays and even more gifts, including kilos of sweets and chocolate. Always happy as a child!
I think that the weight gained after long holidays with feasts more than once horrified almost every girl. Here and on my sides all sorts of olivies and cakes have settled over 10 kilograms.
It was necessary to urgently do something about it. Being a big fan of diets, I decided to try the new Maggie diet. It is not rigid, it is designed for a month and promises on the scales minus 10-28 kg.
What is the diet Maggi?
It is also called a chemical diet, because it is based not on counting calories, but on chemical reactions occurring in the body. A little earlier on this diet, my girlfriend lost 10 kg. She told me about her. The main thing is to follow the menu clearly and not to deviate from the rules of the diet. Otherwise there will be no result.
As in any diet, it is recommended to drink at least 1.5-2 liters of water per day. But unlike them, salt and other seasonings are not prohibited.
Dieting is not suitable for those who are allergic to eggs or who simply do not like them, because almost a whole month you will have to eat a lot of eggs.
And now about the menu
The menu is simple, but the difficulty is that you cannot step back from it.
At breakfast should eat ½ grapefruit (orange) and 1-2 boiled eggs.
Lunch – any fruit in any quantity (except bananas)
For dinner – boiled (fried) meat, except mutton
For lunch – fried (boiled) chicken, which must be removed from the skin.
Dinner – 2 boiled eggs, vegetable salad (tomatoes, leaf lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, pepper), 1 grapefruit (orange), flat bread (1 toast).
Lunch – any amount of low-fat cheese, 1 toast, tomatoes (how much to eat).
Dinner – any boiled (fried) meat, except for lamb.
Lunch – any fruit in any quantity.
For dinner – salad, boiled (fried) meat, except for lamb.
For lunch – boiled vegetables (zucchini, carrots, green peas or beans), 2 boiled eggs.
Dinner – salad, fried (boiled) fish, 1 orange or grapefruit.
For lunch – your favorite fruit in any quantity (except bananas).
For dinner – any meat (boiled or roasted), except for lamb.
For lunch – fried chicken (boiled) without skin, boiled vegetables, tomato, 1 orange or grapefruit.
Dinner – any boiled vegetables in any quantity.
Breakfast is the same as in the first week.
Lunch – meat, salad.
Dinner – 2 boiled eggs, 1 orange or grapefruit.
Completely repeats the previous day.

Fruits in any quantity (except banana, mango, date, grapes, figs).
Any salads and boiled vegetables (except dry cereals and potatoes).

Products should be consumed at any time throughout the day, but without supplements.
Quarter boiled chicken (4 slices of meat), 3 tomatoes, 4 cucumbers, 1 can of tuna, 1 toast, 1 orange or grapefruit.
200 grinder, 3 tomatoes, 4 cucumbers, 1 toast, 1 any fruit (except banana).
1 spoon of cottage cheese, 100-200 boiled vegetables, 2 cucumbers and 2 tomatoes, 1 toast, 1 orange or grapefruit.
Half a chicken, 3 tomatoes, 1 cucumber, 2 any permitted fruit.
2 boiled eggs, 3 tomatoes, 1 orange or grapefruit.
Boiled chicken breast (2 pcs.), 125 gtvoroga or brynza, yogurt, 2 cucumbers, 2 tomatoes, 1 toast, 1 citrus fruit.
1 can of tuna without butter, 1 spoon of cottage cheese (1% is better), 100 g of cooked vegetables, 2 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, 1 toast, 1 citrus fruit.
I always took cottage cheese fat free, instead of chicken – fillet. Meat never fried, although diet is allowed. And vegetable salads did not fill with oil or sour cream.
The results were visible in a couple of days. Volumes and figures on the scales began to melt literally before our eyes. But only the first two weeks, for which I lost 8 kg. Then the weight stopped, but I continued the diet and lost another 5 kg over the next 2 weeks.
For me, the diet was simple, although before I could not without sweet. But then the eggs beat me to any desire to eat delicious, which for me was very strange. In a month I lost my 10 kilograms, plus another 3 kg from the top.
The only drawback for me was that I ate too much food, allowed in any quantity, sometimes to stomach pain. I did not know the measures and could not do anything with myself. Perhaps that is why she dropped so little.
Since this was the coldest February for all my memory, I didn’t have any physical exertion as such. Charging, a little exercise on the video – that’s all.
Naturally, after the end of the diet should not immediately pounce on your favorite high-calorie foods. Enter them into the diet gradually, and then not a single kilogram will return to you!
