As soon as I begin to show laziness – my volumes begin to increase, constant laziness and fatigue settle in the body, which aggravate the desire to start a new round of life to take care of myself.
However, I never wanted to be skinny, as missing cheeks and breasts are not what I would like to see in the mirror. And I also love myself too much to torture myself voluntarily – I do not approve of tight diets.
Today I want to tell you about the rice diet that my mother-in-law told me. She likes to read on the topic of diets, tried a lot of things, but only the rice diet was loved by her simplicity and efficiency.
I only have enough for a few days of the rice diet, but this is enough to start loving myself in the mirror. It is also believed that rice can clean the body of toxins and metabolic products, as it has absorbent properties.
Every day in the morning you need to cook 250 grams of rice. Rice porridge, which turned out, divided into 3-4 doses and eat with different fillings throughout the day.
Fillers include fruits, yogurt, vegetables, raw and steamed (or stewed), fish, chicken, young low-fat veal, olive oil.
During the day you need to drink a lot of green tea without sugar and non-carbonated mineral water.
If you are usually lazy to do exercises, then during the rice diet you need to include it in your mode. It would also be nice to perform daily walks over long distances.
For a late dinner, it is better to drink a glass of kefir or eat 2 apples, rather than go hungry and go off the diet.
You need to give up fat, sweet, flour, fried and alcohol.
During the rice diet, doctors recommend taking potassium supplements, which the body lacks during the rice diet.

A little more about rice.
Practiced another rice diet. Its meaning is to drink as many dry grains of rice with a glass of green tea in the morning on an empty stomach as you are old (for example, 27 years old). Daily to increase the number of grains by one thing.
After ten days, add 10 rice (for example, 27 10 = 37). After that, we take away from the total amount rice one by one, until their sum again becomes equal to your years (for example, 37-1 = 36, 36-1 = 35, etc. to 27).
This diet also suggested to me in-law. The most important condition – to drink rice every day at the same time on an empty stomach – it is difficult to do without an alarm clock with a reminder.
