Curd diet, how to become slim

Overweight is a problem familiar to many. Unfortunately, including me. I often sit on different diets. Some fit me perfectly and help to lose the extra 5-7 kilograms, and some I can not bring to a logical conclusion.

With a cottage cheese diet, I met during pregnancy. I was gaining too much weight, and the doctors said: It’s time to lose weight. During pregnancy, the choice of diets is not particularly large, because the body can not be deprived of getting all the vitamins.

In general, I was offered either a curd or apple diet. I am not a fan of dairy products, but I like apples even less. In the end, I decided that, ideally, I would just spend my unloading curd days.

Varieties of curd diets

After the pregnancy, I decided to use the cottage cheese diet to lose weight. Now I love cottage cheese and do not understand why I have not eaten it before. But I cannot force children to eat it, even the fact that they add berries, jam, fruit to cottage cheese does not help. Even the casseroles and cheesecakes do not want to eat.

Deciding to lose weight again with the help of cottage cheese, I learned that there are several different diets. For example, seven-day, three-day and fasting days. I have already managed to try everything.

Curd monodiet

I think many will agree with me that mono-diets are the hardest in terms of compliance. Cottage cheese is no exception. Doctors do not recommend using it for longer than three days. Yes, and weight is lost slightly. For example, in three days it took me only 3 kg.

The essence of this diet is that you can eat no more than 500 g of cottage cheese per day. Be sure to take fat free. The entire volume is divided into 5 servings and eaten during the day.

You can not add sugar, berries, fruits. It is desirable these days to abandon tea and coffee, but you need to drink at least two liters of water.

Diet for seven days

This diet is very simple, the main thing for lunch as the main course to use cottage cheese. Of course, fat free. You can add various diet products to it. Vegetables, fruits, bran.

For breakfast and dinner, you can have everything you want, most importantly non-nutritive. For example, in the morning an apple or a boiled egg can be eaten. For dinner, you can also prepare a dish of cottage cheese.

During the week you can cook different dishes with cottage cheese. I love vegetables, so I added cucumbers, peas, lettuce, cabbage to cottage cheese. All that I love and that is not very calorie.

For those who love meat and seafood, it is allowed to mix cottage cheese with lean chicken, fish. I prefer vegetables, so I get around very easily without meat. It’s harder for me to give up sweets.

During a diet it is better to refuse black tea and coffee, it is better to drink green tea. And, of course, do not forget the water that you need to drink at least two liters per day.

Fasting days

For myself, I decided that although it is not difficult to stick to cottage cheese diets, it is best to get by on fasting days.

During the curd-fasting days, I take 500 grams of low-fat curd. I divide it into 5 parts and eat during the day. On this day, if I am tormented by the feeling of hunger, then I drink kefir, also with a small percentage of fat.

Having tried different curd diets, I found for myself both pluses and minuses in them. The most important thing for me is that the curd contains a lot of calcium, which helps not only to lose weight, but also to restore brittle nails and hair.

Also follow these diets is quite simple. The seven-day diet is interesting because the menu can be made depending on your preferences, there are no strict rules. The main thing is to exclude high-calorie foods.

Minuses

Like any diet, here, too, is not without drawbacks. The fact is that it turns out very little to reset. I have on such diets only 3-4 kg, and both on a three-day and weekly one. On fasting days, I drop only one kilogram, but these days have a different goal.

In addition, calcium salts removes fluid from the body. Therefore, it is necessary with such diets to drink at least two liters of water per day.

Such a diet is better to use for medicinal purposes, and not to get rid of excess weight.
