I must say, I have problems not only with the beauty of my hands. The right one always hurts and shrinks badly because of the constant work at the computer, or rather from the computer mouse. Espanders are of different types. They differ precisely in loads on different muscles, hence the names, which eloquently speak about everything. There is a chest expander, for the muscles of the thigh, for twisting the waist, flexion of the elbow joints, etc.
In short, I decided to start with the simplest and, most importantly, cheap, with the wrist. I immediately bought both myself and my husband. Up to one hundred rubles, you can just buy them. I took 60 or 70, and then I saw 90 rubles each.

To be honest, at first I thought that it was impossible to come up with absolutely any exercises with him, only the same movements in compression and that’s all. I must say, I was wrong.
1. The first thing that still came to my mind, so that you can compress the expander with different frequencies. I start with slow squeezing (like warming up), and then everything is faster and faster.
2. In the process I came up with the idea that you can compress with different strength: a little bit or to the extreme state, i.e. when the opposite sides of the donut touch each other.
3. Here my husband suggested another option: squeezing, hold your hand in this state for a few seconds. At these moments, the muscles are very tense, it is felt.
4. Then I read about one more way: to squeeze not all five fingers at once, but to combine only a few of them. As for me, this is especially true if you are already accustomed to the expander or its rigidity is insufficient.
Of course, the effect is clearly visible to me. After the daily classes, I noticed that I slapped my fingers on the keyboard more briskly))) And in general, the constant aching pain in the hand and arm was gone. After I bring the products from the store home, my hands do not hurt at all, even if I gained more weight than usual.
To be honest, at first I was upset – I thought that the effect on the problem area from shoulder to elbow would not be. But then I was struck by the absurdity of my thought. During compression, it is even seen how the muscles in this area also work. Here, the effect is not noticeable so quickly, but with stable classes it is really noticeable.
It seems to me, to many, like me, these classes are also suitable for the reason that it is cheap and convenient. 70 rubles – this is not the price for beauty and health! And you can do it at any time, in any conditions, even though watching a movie at the computer or making a face mask)))
