Honestly, I never liked cinnamon, I didn’t even like its smell. But recently, my ever-slimming friend told me that she had begun to use a surprisingly effective remedy — cinnamon with honey.
The combination of these products acts simply miraculously – does not allow fat to linger on the waist and hips. For the best effect, such a mixture should be taken 2 times a day – on an empty stomach in the morning, as well as before bedtime. If you do this every day, the result will appear very soon and the scale arrow will still show the treasured tsiferku.
Therefore, I also decided to try this remedy, despite my dislike for cinnamon. But what can you do for the sake of a good figure;)
I always prepared this mixture in the evening. The proportion should be 1: 2 – that is, 1 part cinnamon and 2 parts honey. Since I do not like cinnamon, for a test I started with a small portion – I took 0.5 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of honey. After a week, a little getting used to the taste, increased the dosage – 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 2 honey.
So, I pour cinnamon with a glass of boiling water, stir well and leave for half an hour so that the drink is well infused and slightly cooled before adding honey to it, because in the hot water all the useful qualities of honey are destroyed.
After adding honey, I mix everything up and divide it in half – I drink one part before bedtime, and put the second part in the fridge, covered it with a lid, in order to drink it in the morning. In the morning I take 20 minutes out of the refrigerator before drinking, so that the mixture becomes room temperature, because you cannot warm it up specifically.
And sometimes she mixed honey directly with cinnamon and for breakfast indulged with peculiar sandwiches – this mixture spread bread. Or added to coffee. In general, cinnamon had to love 🙂
It is believed that such a miracle drink can help absolutely anyone, provided it is taken 2 times a day. However, after reaching certain results, the action will stop, because the mixture acts as a cleaning agent for the body – cinnamon with honey eliminates toxins, toxins and parasites, and also helps normalize digestion.
You can not use the mixture at a high temperature, because in this case it can cause a severe headache. Cinnamon is also prohibited to use with high blood pressure, bleeding, mental illness and in the first trimester of pregnancy.
So far, I haven’t noticed any special results, as I have been drinking for only a week. But my friend has been drinking for 3 weeks, while limiting sweets, fat and flour, and has lost 5 kg. So I’m also waiting for the results 🙂
