Choosing the perfect diet, how to become slim

I wanted to talk about my experience in choosing diets. Since there are so many of them, I once fell into a dead end with attempts to decide which diet is the best?

Milk diet

I will not say that I tried many types of diets. Basically, I didn’t go on diet by myself, without addressing to professional nutritionists.

Thus was born the idea of ​​a diet on dairy products (and dairy products). Its essence was to ensure that it was necessary to eat any kind of milk products, be it kefir, yogurt, milk, including even cheese and sour cream.

The process itself was very pleasant, since I love dairy. However, the body, of course, did not like this monotony – there were problems with digestion. With sadness and longing, I put this option aside, although I was calm for a month and lost 5-6 pounds! Not for nothing, they say that dairy products due to the high calcium content promotes the removal of fat from the body, so that it does not linger in our body.

Fruit and vegetable diet

I am drawn from one extreme to another, I am such a person. Therefore, immediately after the dairy diet, I switched to an exceptional raw food diet – eating raw (it is very important) vegetables and fruits, and nothing more.

This time there were no problems with digestion, since such food is very good for the corresponding organs. Yes, and nice all the same – delicious.

In addition, vegetables were cheaper for me – they are seasonal food, and the lowest-calorie foods (cucumbers and cabbage) cost the least.

By the way, in the future, I did not give up this idea, became a vegetarian. I still don’t eat meat, I feel great, I don’t get fatter. Avitaminosis, for those interested, too, none of the doctors have not yet identified.

Therefore, I agitate – lean on fruits and vegetables, they take up a lot of space and at the same time are not at all greasy and tasty!
