I have a tendency to be overweight, with which I have struggled my entire adult life. Sometime in high school, I recovered strongly and, although later I managed to lose weight and from the age of 20 I am about the same weight – 53-55 kg (with a break for 2 pregnancies), I still continue to feel full.

If I relax now and eat whatever I like, the kilograms will start attacking me, so for myself I determined the causes of excess weight.

If you eat properly, then you eat 5-6 times a day. Your main menu consists of fruits, vegetables, fish and meat boiled or stewed, and you also eat cereals and quite a bit of carbohydrates (buns, cookies, chocolate, etc.).

You need to eat not to heap, but to leave the table with a slight feeling of fullness. I know that this is wrong, but usually I do not eat in a calm atmosphere, everything is in a hurry somewhere. As a result, I never get enough, so I intercept something.

Recently, I realized that as soon as I set myself the goal of not eating certain foods, for example, sweet, this is what I want most. Therefore, I do not like diets. If you go on a diet, it means that all day you will only think about harmful products.

Even if you eat lettuce 3 times a day, but at the same time basically sit at the computer, the weight will increase. You need to move always and everywhere and as much as possible! You can sign up at the gym, work out on the rug around the TV, or just walk. Everything is useful!

You need to drink as much as possible, ideally 1.5-2 liters per day of plain water. Very often, the feeling of thirst is perceived by us as a feeling of hunger, and we eat, although we could just drink a glass of water.


Somewhere I read that in order for the metabolic processes in the body to go, as it should be, it is necessary to go to bed before 23-00 and spend 8 hours in a dream. I go to bed early, but 8 hours in a dream – this is still my impossible dream. I often say to myself – since Monday I will sleep more, do not care about things, but on Monday I decide that to sleep is a crime and I have to get up early in order to be in time.

As a person who is constantly concerned about his weight, I can advise anyone losing weight … not lose weight! I don’t think I have the perfect weight. With my height of 158 cm, I could have a kilogram weight of 50, but I do not want it. It seems to me that sometimes it is better to stay with the same forms, rather than harass yourself with diets and then lose weight, then get better.
