I heard about the bodyflex system for a long time, but somehow my hands did not reach for a try. Finally, I met a friend who admired this method. I looked at its diminished parameters and decided: maybe body flex is what I’m looking for?
Bodyflex – This is a special method of breathing exercises, most of which is done on the retention of this very breath. The most important thing in the methodology is regularity and what you need to do on an empty stomach in the morning.
I, of course, was not very happy, because waking up half an hour earlier is a dubious pleasure. But I decided that I would not die of lack of sleep in a week.
System bodyflex has its own contraindications. For example, hypertensive patients and pregnant women, as well as people with intestinal diseases, are not recommended to engage in body flex.
Two more things that I (I think, not only me) bribed.
1. Bodyflex is shown to people who are far from sports and in general from physical activities. It was just about me! Because in the last three years my main sport has been shopping with a stroller.
2. No need to limit yourself to nutrition. That is, on some sites it is written: No diets! Naturally, I did not lean on the buns, but my heart became calmer, or something.
In fact, I’ve been doing bodyflex for the second week. But the first for me was a warm-up session, that is, I mastered the breathing technique, memorized some exercises, so that I could train without a video trainer.
Since last week, I switched to daily workouts for 15 minutes every day on an empty stomach. At the same time, she did not specifically stand up on the scales. She made herself beloved on the first day of training. They, of course, did not please me: 96-78-104. But all sites wrote that in a week they would really get rid of 10 cm (not to be confused with kg) in aggregate (i.e., waist, hips, arms, legs).
So, now I’m talking about the results. For the first week I didn’t pay attention to the sensations, because (I repeat) I didn’t do it regularly, but only studied the technique. But as soon as the intensive classes began, I immediately felt … that I did not want to eat!
After practicing body flex, I didn’t immediately run to the fridge, but I could safely go about my business for an hour and a half.
The second thing that pleasantly surprised me was my cheerfulness, which finally killed my winter sleepiness!
Now about those desired centimeters, which I simply had to lose. I lost them! A bit, really. My measurements after a real week of body flexing were as follows: 92-77-102. Of course, there could be an error in the waist and hips, but here -4 cm in the chest area – definitely could not be an error. Hence, the results are, however, not quite where we would like.
Will I continue? Perhaps yes. Just add to this light restrictions in food, for example, do not eat fatty, fried, sweet. Without flour, alas, I can not. Although a slice of bread, but should eat once a day.
