I lost weight without special techniques, did not order any courses on weight loss, did not go to classes in sports halls. Just followed a few simple rules.

To begin with, I never had weight problems before the baby was born. He hesitated within 2-3 kilograms, and I quickly managed to regain my form. With a height of 172 cm, I weighed 62-64 kg. A happy life with a flat belly lasted up to 33 years. At this age I became pregnant for the first time and soon became a happy mother.

The joy of communicating with the child spoiled my appearance. After the birth, I weighed 75 kg. Horror! During pregnancy I gained about 20 extra pounds.

Before, I always went to some sports activities several times a week, actively traveled and communicated with a large number of friends. Probably why not fat.

With the birth of a child, my whole life has changed very much. I could not walk anywhere, as I spent all the time with the child. Plus, I studied at the university in the correspondence department.

However, the desire to lose weight was my strongest desire in that period. I began to read different books. But I just can not stand diets. If I don’t throw any food into the stomach every 2-3 hours, it strikes. I’m sick, I can’t do anything.

And I am a very lazy and unorganized person. I definitely need an instructor who will stand over me all the training and motivate the result. I myself will skive.

So what I did. While I was walking with my daughter, it is clear that I went a lot. On the playground, she kicked her feet forward, sideways, backwards. She could talk to her acquaintances at that time, but it worked better if she focused on what she was doing. Squeezed out at an angle of 45 degrees from children’s stairs or other projectiles. Sometimes she squatted (rarely, therefore, she didn’t lose weight as fast as she wanted).

I read about the Minus 60 diet and adopted the principle of eating sweet and generally everything that pleases the soul before 12 o’clock in the afternoon, and then less fat, bread and other harmful substances. And tried for dinner to eat salad with cottage cheese. Excluded potatoes and pasta in the evening. Look like that’s it. I broke my rules on holidays and sometimes, once a week, if I really wanted to. But! After the first results did not want to break them.

As a result, now I weigh 67 kg (minus eight) and plan to lose three more. Since the latter are the most harmful kilograms, I am going to connect the pool 2 times a week. This is good for my back, which is not very healthy.
