Anti-cellulite diet, how to become slim

Another problem for many women is cellulite. What just do not try to take the ladies in the fight against orange peel. I always thought that cellulite occurs exclusively in obese people. And so, when I first discovered him, I was not at all surprised. The weight was at that time about 70 kg with a growth of 170 cm.

Well, about a year has passed, and I regained the desired 50 kg. But such an attack, like cellulite, absolutely nowhere. Then I was forced to start searching for information to combat this enemy of elastic skin and beauty. A familiar nutritionist, after all my complaints, advised me to undergo a ten-day course of cellulite diets, although I would rather call him a healthy diet.

Anti-cellulite diet menu

During all ten days it is prohibited to eat foods such as alcohol, salt, sugar, black tea and coffee. You need to drink at least two liters of fluid per day. Breaks between meals should be at least two and not more than four hours. You need to try to eat more vegetables and fruits. Of the juices preferred freshly squeezed.

On all odd days of the diet, i.e. on the first, third, fifth, seventh and ninth day, you can eat only raw vegetables and fruits, you can not add salt to the dishes. You can add lemon juice, sesame, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, almonds, olive oil to salads (no more than two teaspoons per day). All dairy products are strictly prohibited, therefore it is absolutely impossible to fill salads with sour cream or mayonnaise.

On the second day of this anti-cellulite diet is allowed to eat all the fruits, except for bananas. Pineapples, kiwi, mango and papaya help best in the fight against cellulite.

On the fourth, sixth and tenth day, it is allowed to eat steamed or simply boiled vegetables with the addition of a small amount of buckwheat, oatmeal or rice. Dairy products are also not allowed to eat.

My results

I have already gone through this ten-day diet several times. Sitting on it is very easy, no hunger is felt. The result was noticeable after the first time. The skin noticeably tightened, and the manifestations of cellulite smoothed out. After each subsequent time, the skin condition became better and better.

Not to say that I was able to completely get rid of cellulite, but now I was not ashamed to undress on the beach. Self-esteem confidently crept up. What I am immensely pleased.
