1.55 – with half-hour sports activities 3-5 times a week.
1.73 – with daily workouts in the gym or very hard physical work.

So, the resulting figure is your daily calorie intake. If you use more than this figure, there will be a weight gain. But if you want to lose weight, then reduce the consumption of calories by 20%.
