All my life I have been fighting overweight. Now, after the New Year holidays, I again have something to work on. I can not say that I have become complete, but 3 kg is not so small as it seems at first glance.

Once a week I spend fasting days in the milk. Today is just such a day. In the morning I made a drink. To do this, brewed green tea. On 100 g of water I take 1 tsp. welding. I mix tea with the same amount of milk. Milk is ready!

On the day of discharge, except for milk and water, nothing is allowed to eat and drink. Excess weight in this way goes very well. I had the smallest plummet 400g, and the biggest 850g. Not a little, right?

The first time, the fasting day was hard for me. Rather, he succeeded only on the second attempt. It was easier later. Now I don’t want to eat at all.

Also, so that the weight dropped faster, I resumed morning exercises. To not exercise the exercises, I do them under rhythmic music. 20-30 minutes of exercise provide energy for the whole day.

And before every meal I drink a cup of water. This simple way allows you to fool your appetite. Consequently, my portions have decreased by half.
