How sweet little kids sleep. I just want to press my cheek to their cute heads, to kiss every one of them tiny fingers. And so it is a pity to wake them up …
When my children were very small, I learned to wake them up with light touches and poems – poteshkami. Sometimes it was fragments of mother’s jokes that pop up in my memory, and sometimes I made them up myself.
It seemed to me that hearing my tender words, the kids wake up without difficulty and meet the new day in a good mood. Yes, and I myself was pleased to talk with my daughter and little son before plunging into household chores.
By the way, I had (and there are) pestushki for any occasion. I put the kids to bed, sentencing the tops, and bathed, entertaining with rhymes. Even learning games always accompanied rhymed lines.
I don’t know if this influenced the development of a craving for music and art, but my daughter’s teachers as well as my teacher’s children have repeatedly noted the success of my crumbs in creative activities.
Recently I came across an article about the benefits of pestushek. Very interesting publication. It turned out that even scientific studies have confirmed that such communication repeatedly enhances the emotional contact of parents with the children, and also has a beneficial effect on the development of speech and general mental abilities.
How do you wake your kids? Do they wake up easily?
