Lemon takes a worthy place in the fridge of each hostess. Like all citruses, it is very rich in vitamins. I used to use it only for the preparation of various dishes and cosmetic ice, and recently I learned that lemon is perfect for making homemade cosmetics for hair, including masks.
First of all, I want to tell you about lemon hair rinse, which I recently opened for sowing, and tested it on myself a couple of days ago. The impressions were positive, I liked it.
For cooking, you need to add to the boiled water the juice of whole lemon, in proportion 1 lemon to 1 liter of water. Stir and rinse clean hair after shampooing.
This rinse will give the hair shine and softness, it also neutralizes the effects of alkali, which is contained in some shampoos.
But today we are talking about hair masks, so I’ll share with you simple, but effective recipes.
Mask number one – for oily and weak hair
Lemon juice – 1 tsp.
Natural Honey – 1 teaspoon
Aloe decoction – 2 tablespoons
Egg yolk – 1 pc.
First of all, we take lemon juice, honey, and egg yolk, mix thoroughly. The cooled broth from the leaves or stems of aloe is added to the last turn and once again mix everything thoroughly. It should be a mass, the consistency of yogurt.
Apply the mask 30 minutes before washing your head, put on a plastic cap and wrap a head with a towel. After washing, the hair is recommended to rinse with a broth of Hypericum. This mask will restore weakened greasy hair and bring them in order.
Mask number two – nourishing, for all hair types
1 lemon peel
Sour cream 1 tablespoon
Egg yolk – 1 pc.
With lemon, remove the zest and dry, then grind it into powder. Mix the powder with sour cream and beaten egg yolk, mix everything thoroughly. Apply the mask on dry hair and evenly distribute along the entire length.
We put on a plastic cap, wrap our head in a towel and wait 30 minutes, after which I wash my head with shampoo. With this mask, your hair will find a healthy shine and softness.
I like this mask, the ingredients are the simplest and always at hand, I also like the fact that this mask is easy to apply and wash off. The hair after it is really soft, I always want to touch them :))
By the way, I also wanted to tell you that lemon can be used as a hairspray. The more lemon – the more reliable the fixation and lacquer lasts longer.
To prepare, cut one lemon into thin slices, pour a glass of water, put on the fire and boil until half the liquid is boiled away. Strain the broth and add to it a couple of tablespoons of vodka or alcohol. The tool can be poured into a spray bottle and used normally.
