In the summer sandals – my favorite shoes. Ballet shoes, for example, are very comfortable, but they have both a cape and a heel closed, and in hot weather you want the legs to breathe =)
It so happened that my sandals or high heels, or without it at all, just on a small platform. The options with an average heel are not often.
The heel has its advantages – femininity, elegance, but in its absence they are not small – comfort, health of the legs.
Nevertheless, I, like many women, are unlikely to ever completely give up such shoes. Therefore, today’s theme is high-heeled sandals, which are very popular this season.
I want to talk about what you need to know and remember a woman who wants to wear such shoes to feel comfortable and beautiful.
How to prepare legs for high heels?
In order to start wearing high-heeled shoes painlessly, you need to start small. Two or three weeks will need to spend on it to walk on a small heel (height of 3-4 centimeters) every day, for 1-1.5 hours.
It is also good all the time to pamper your feet after removing the shoes with at least a short massage and tea or herbal baths. And it would be great to perform exercises for the feet and calves for a few minutes a day, not to let the legs stay in the same position for a long time.
What you need to know when buying?
Do not forget that in the evening the legs get tired and swell a little. Therefore, such a purchase is better to make in the afternoon. Otherwise, the next morning, you can simply not get into the new sandals.
At first it is better to try on shoes while sitting. When sandals are on both legs, stand up and walk around until it becomes clear whether the pad is comfortable for you. As for the height of the heel, the higher it is, the greater the pressure on the fingers.
