When and what kind of lure should children be fed on mixed feeding?

If the mother has enough breast milk and the baby develops normally and adds weight, the first lure can be given at the age of 5 to 6 months. With mixed and artificial feeding, lure is introduced earlier – from 4 to 4.5 months.

As the first complementary food, it is better to use vegetable puree. It contains vitamins minerals, pectin, fiber, which are necessary for the growing body of the child.

You should start with a mashed potatoes from a single kind of vegetables (potatoes, zucchini, cauliflower, carrots). In the following, alternately, other vegetables are introduced into the puree, that is, the mashed potatoes are prepared from two to three kinds of vegetables and more.
