About what to cook your favorite child for breakfast, every mother thinks. After all, you want the breakfast to be not only delicious, but also the most useful. A little nehochuham so hard to please! What is useful rarely attracts them. It is necessary to invent something like that, so that the child does not pick with a spoon in a plate, but eat with pleasure.
When my eldest daughter hears that oatmeal is waiting for her for breakfast, she makes a disgruntled face. But it is worth adding that the oatmeal will be with bananas, nuts and honey, as the expression of the daughter’s face changes dramatically.
In my opinion, the best way to persuade a child to eat an unloved product is to add a favorite to it. In any case, this method helps me out. A daughter can even eat salty porridge if there is a favorite cutlet on the plate next to her.
Cottage cheese my daughter love. And I cook breakfast with cottage cheese at least twice a week. If I have little free time, then children can have breakfast with cottage cheese with fruit and honey. If time allows, I make either cheesecakes or cottage cheese casserole in portioned silicone tins.
By the way, in the absence of free time, you can cook cottage cheese casserole not in the oven, but in the microwave. It turns out a little different taste, but the children really like it, and I cook it for no more than 7 minutes.
When children need to be collected in school and kindergarten, the time for a full breakfast is sometimes not enough disastrous. In this case, I get homemade semi-finished products from the freezer: cheese cakes or pancakes with cottage cheese, and fry them in a skillet. If you get the blanks from the freezer even in the evening, breakfast will be ready even faster.
An omelet is a great way to feed your baby with vegetables. In any case, I often add grated zucchini, carrots and sliced tomatoes to omelets in the summer. In the fresh form, my children do not favor vegetables, and with an omelette they eat it for both cheeks.
The use of this dish is doubtful if you fry pancakes on a large amount of butter. I prefer to make thin pancakes on an almost dry pan. I add healthy ingredients to the dough: grated carrots and an apple.
I serve such pancakes with low-fat sour cream. Children like this breakfast very much, but they only eat it on weekends, when we are not in a hurry. On weekdays, cooking pancakes is simply not enough time. In addition, it is rather heavy food, so I prefer to feed the children with pancakes not often.
Dear readers, tell me what you cook for breakfast for you?
